As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. As the Program Management Lead, you will be joining a team to make YouTube an exceptional destination to experience Gaming, XR, Teen-oriented priorities across creation, connection, Search and Discovery (S&D) journeys, and GenAI creation with YouTube Create. You will manage a team of program managers, working closely with a broad set of stakeholders across executive leadership, Engineering, Product Managers, User Experience Designers and Researchers, Program, and Partner teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management for multiple, concurrent initiatives. Drive all stages of the program lifecycle, from planning and resourcing to execution, monitoring, and post-launch analysis.
• Manage a high-velocity, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. Develop and maintain a clear, shared understanding of program status, risks, and next steps during constant changes.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with internal and external dependencies. Anticipate and resolve roadblocks by building excellent relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Tailor communication to different audiences, from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings.
• Work with product and engineering leads to anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions. Use data and critical thinking to inform strategic decisions and optimize program outcomes.
