Job Title: Financial Systems Manager

Job Duties: Parexel International LLC seeks a Financial Systems Manager based in Newton, MA to implement, support, and upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite Applications including Oracle Projects, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Financials. Apply knowledge of Oracle applications setup, functionalities, capabilities, and integrations. Identify and develop validation scripts for managing the data accuracy and integrity across source and Hyperion and EDM reporting environments and ensure business-as-usual operation of the production environment, escalating issues to management when necessary. Develop and prepare application implementation documentation, test plans, and roadmaps. Manage software application rollouts and support month-end close processes, utilizing business processes associated with financial applications. Provide support to end users of Oracle Financials, document functional requirements, develop test cases, perform system-level testing, and compare actual results with expected. Drive improvements to system applications to meet new and evolving business requirements through proactive requirement gathering and anticipation of business needs. Solve strategic business data problems through in-depth understanding of the organization, operating model, and systems. Develop appropriate key controls and metrics in the management of corporate accounting processes. Provide appropriate exception metrics and KPIs to the management along with clear analysis and commentary. Interact across business units and corporate departments to support company-wide financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting process. Position may telecommute from anywhere in the US up to 5 days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science or related quantitative field plus 6 years of software development experience including: (1) implementation, support, and upgrading of Oracle E-Business Suite Applications including Oracle Projects, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Financials; (2) Oracle Enterprise Performance management reporting and Dashboarding tools including Tableau and Power BI; (3) SQL and Python (4) working with revenue recognition processes and systems within health care industry; (5) Data Loader and More4apps; and (6) Change Management tools including JIRA. Will accept a 3- or 4-year bachelor’s degree.
