Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Private Client Advisor (DPCA) Team Manager to lead a team of Advisors within our Client Service Center in Irving, TX. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and elevating the performance of our Advisors, playing a pivotal role in cultivating lasting client relationships and driving top-line sales performance across all product categories.
Job responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Develop and mentor a high-performing team of Digital Private Client Advisors (DPCAs) to achieve individual and team goals. Set engaging goals and strategies that will drive the business year over year.
- Strategic Impact: Collaborate with the Client Development Manager and Client Relations Manager to develop strategies that will grow our high-potential client base (10k, 50k, and VIC), enhancing the client experience and fostering brand loyalty.
- Client-Centric Innovation: Ensure DPCAs are continuously developing their client book with personalized outreach and follow-up. Create DPCA-specific strategies for key brand moments in partnership with Merchandising & Supply Chain. Champion an appointment-focused culture in clienteling.
- Commercial Acumen: Drive results in key categories (Ready-To-Wear & High End). Cultivate entrepreneurship within the team and provide meaningful conversation with our clients while having the latest knowledge about fashion trends, product launches, and events.
- Collaborative Environment: Partner with store and regional teams to create innovative virtual and in-store experiences. Participate in in-store events, pop-ups, and high-level client experiences in partnership with Client Relations.
- Insight & Communication: Communicate performance and reporting to Senior Leadership with context and direction. Proactively identify and analyze industry trends and best practices.
Successful candidates will also possess:
- BA/BS Degree Required
- 5+ years' experience in data analytics/analytics or consumer insights, retail, and/or direct marketing experience is a plus
- Proven success in developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of digital and retail client experiences
- Passion for selling and styling across categories, with strong knowledge of the Luxury Ready to Wear business and market
- Luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills
- Agile, influential, and an excellent communicator (written & verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven influencing and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changes and calibrations.
