Basic Qualifications

• 1+ Years of experience as people Manager
• 3+ Years of General Experience
• English Skills (B2+)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Solid experience managing department´s KPIs and driven results
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS martech related services beneficial: AWS Entity Resolution, AWS Clean Rooms, Amazon Personalize, Amazon Connect Customer Profiles
• Background in agency environments (Publicis, Accenture Interactive, Deloitte Digital) or MarTech ISV vendor professional services
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Data Analytics specialty)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
