The Intern will be involved with researching, planning, executing, and assisting influencer marketing campaigns as instructed. The successful candidate will play an integral role for building and maintaining relationships with brands and influencers. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

The job responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:

• Research and identify potential influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms that align with brand values.
• Assist in outreach, communication, and coordination with influencers and talent agencies.
• Support the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including sending briefs, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor and track influencer content, engagement, and campaign performance.
• Compile reports and analyze data to measure campaign success and ROI.
• Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, social media updates, and emerging platforms.
• Support general marketing initiatives as needed (e.g., content creation, social media support, event activations).

Qualified candidates must demonstrate the following skills:

• Currently enrolled or graduated in a university degree or college diploma in business marketing/administration, media, commerce, communications, PR, digital marketing, advertising or a discipline related.
• Detail oriented, good time management skills in a changing environment, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
• A passion for social media, Trends and Fashion
• Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
• Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to summarize and communicate important data
