Company Description
Caphatch is a Virtual Silicon Valley Accelerator designed specifically for global startups. The company provides startup services and investor readiness to help startups fundraise and operate in the USA without the need for relocation or giving up equity. Caphatch offers a local presence and the necessary support for startups to succeed in the competitive US market.
Role Description:
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok: from Reels and carousels to short videos and quote cards.
- Write high‑converting social media copy in our founder‑first tone.
- Design on‑brand graphics using Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or AI tools.
- Maintain our posting schedule and track content performance weekly, iterating based on metrics.
- Work closely with leadership to brainstorm and test campaigns that drive founder FOMO and engagement.
- Be available in person on select days to film founder testimonial videos and/or represent CapHatch at tech or non‑tech networking events to grow brand visibility.
Who you are:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Skilled in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe CC, and comfortable exploring AI‑powered tools like Midjourney or Canva AI
- Excellent at writing clear, engaging social media copy tailored to startup audiences.
- Familiar with content performance analytics, A/B testing, and iterative content strategy.
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus: experience creating short-form video, videography, or previous startup/SaaS exposure
