About the job
Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.
We exist to improve Engineering & Product leaders' understanding and decision-making on how to efficiently and effectively manage Snowflake's R&D business. Our North Star is to provide trusted partnership via sharing of reliable metrics, inferring actionable insights, catalyzing strategic investment decisions and accelerating operational efficiency across R&D and Finance.
Our team operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and R&D execution - partnering closely with Engineering & Product, Technical Program Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Human Resources, Recruiting and Snowflake's Executive Leadership to ensure that R&D investments are efficient, effective and aligned to Snowflake's growth priorities.
This is an early-in-career role supporting the Product Finance team, offering hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, and business partnership with a fast-paced R&D organization. You will help maintain forecasts and analyze performance across product lines and initiatives. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn and motivated to build strong business fundamentals and acumen.
What You Will Do:
This role will support recurring reporting, own budgeting variance analyses, and help translate data into actionable, clear insights for R&D stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners, developing the skills to navigate ambiguity, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve processes. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong analytical curiosity who wants to grow into a strategic finance partner over time.
What You Will Need:
Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
