We are a growing healthcare technology company delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to optimize care management, patient engagement, and operational efficiency. Our platform supports large provider organizations, health plans, and care management teams with AI-powered care manager and virtual call agent services.
As a fast-growing startup, we seek a highly motivated AI Call Center Agent Specialist to join us.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making an impact, eager to work hard, learn new skills, and provide critical contributions to the daily operations of our core business: a cutting-edge AI conversational agent. This position may be ideal for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced environment to make a career pivot, and/or bring experience from a traditional call center that transformed into an automated or AI environment.
We're seeking a driven, hands-on professional to support the daily operations of our AI call center and ensure successful delivery for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a high-growth startup, develop valuable technical and customer-facing skills, and contribute to building transformative healthcare solutions.
We're looking for candidates excited about working hard, taking on challenges, and contributing beyond the 9-to-5 to help us grow.
Responsibilities
- Operations:
- Support client campaign management, enabling the AI conversational agent to connect with individuals based on a client's use cases.
- Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to launch of agent into client workflows.
- Manage data for client projects for planning and executing daily activities.
- Customer Relationships:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, helping them achieve success with our solutions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, and address issues proactively.
- Conduct regular check-ins to guide customers toward achieving their goals with Sage.
- Develop customer resources such as playbooks, FAQs, and best practices to enhance engagement.
- Relay customer feedback to the product team to inform improvements and new features.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as implementation of new technology, support, or customer success.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for understanding and resolving customer challenges.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- High motivation, with a willingness to work extra hours when needed to meet ambitious goals.
- Interest in AI technologies, call centers, and a desire to grow in technical and customer-facing skills.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.

- Ability to think beyond the immediate task and understand upstream and downstream impacts.
