We're looking for a Business Operations Intern to support our management team and help streamline the company's core administrative and operational processes. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in entrepreneurship, operations, or business management to gain hands-on experience within a fast-growing local business.

• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage communications and customer inquiries through the company phone line.
• Track and organize key business data, including jobs, hours, and expenses.
• Maintain accurate internal records and assist with performance reporting.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational systems and efficiency.

• Structure: 6–8 week trial internship (unpaid). After the trial period, there is potential for paid hourly employment based on performance.
• Schedule: Flexible, part-time (approx. 10–15 hours per week).
