CONXTS is a next-generation UGC platform that helps brands work with creators in a smarter way. Instead of paying creators upfront and hoping for results, brands only pay when content performs. Creators buy the product first, create authentic content, and earn based on impact.

We're a fast-moving, early-stage startup building a more efficient, performance-driven content ecosystem. We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help us build and grow our brand presence across TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and brainstorm short-form content ideas that align with the brand voice
• Create, shoot, and edit content (on your phone or camera) for Instagram and TikTok
• Post regularly across social channels
• Stay up to date on trends, sounds, formats, and creators
• Repurpose founder content (threads, product clips, case studies)
• Track performance and identify what's working
• Assist with content scheduling, planning, and light admin tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
• Comfortable on camera or behind the lens (ideally both)
• Familiar with short-form video platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok)
• Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communicator who takes direction and feedback well
• Looking for hands-on startup experience

This position is a part time internship for students and is compensated on performance.
