The Analytics Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing large-scale datasets that support pricing models and strategic decision-making across property and casualty insurance products.
This role focuses heavily on data engineering, dataset design, and analytical modeling support—serving as a critical bridge between raw insurance data and actionable pricing insights. The analyst partners closely with actuarial, product, underwriting, and analytics teams to ensure pricing models are built on accurate, well-structured, and scalable data.
We are open to hiring at multiple seniority levels for this position, including Analytics Analyst I, II, and III depending on candidate qualifications and experience. The posted compensation range is for the Analytics Analyst II level only. If your qualifications and experience better match another seniority level, this will be discussed further during the interview process.
This is a hybrid work model and requires days in office each week. We are open to hiring for either our Columbus, Ohio or Charleston, WV offices and you must reside within a commuting distance to either.
